Weight Loss

These high intensity classes get your body to burn fat long after the original workout. By committing to a couple of classes a week you will begin to see the weight fall off.

Strength

Each member comes in with a different fitness level and we are able to accommodate all. Each class you can decide if you want to add more weights or stick to your body weight. We leave it up to you and your skill level. As you continue with the class you will see your ability to hold more weight grow!

 Cardio

CrossFit is made to get your heart pumping through the entire class. You will see and feel your cardio health go up as you power through our classes.
